This website has been established to provide information about an application to be lodged by Meriton with the NSW Department of Planning (DoP) to allow residential housing, one convenience shop and a child care centre at their site at 14-18 Boondah Road, Warriewood.

The proposal will be considered under the NSW State Environmental Planning Policy (Major Projects) 2005, and will be assessed by the DoP under Part 3A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

Community Information & Feedback Session

Meriton held an information session for members of the local community to find out more about the project and share their knowledge and views about the site with the project team.

The session was held between 12.00 pm – 3.00 pm
On Saturday 13 February at
Ted Blackwood Narrabeen Youth & Community Centre – Main Hall
(Cnr Jacksons & Boondah Roads, Warriewood)

Members of the project team were at the session to discuss details of the proposal. Members of the community were welcome to drop in any time between 12 pm and 3 pm.

Community feedback received at the session and online form the basis of a consultation outcomes report to be submitted to the DoP along with other planning documentation.

Meriton is currently finalising their application and will be lodging documentation with the DoP in the coming months.
